You’ve landed on the right page for your rebate. Simply enter your email address and AirID below, and click Submit when finished. Your AirID can be found on device’s type label, on the packaging, in the User’s Guide, and in the VIPER SmartStart app under ACCOUNT once the device is set up.

Terms & Conditions: Offer is valid for new customers only in the United States and Canada. Rebate redemption must be for service plans purchased during the period 10/1/2019 – 3/31/2020. Applicable products include VIPER Connect, DIRECTED Connect, VIPER SmartStart Pro, and DIRECTED SmartStart Pro (VCM550, DCM550, VSM550, DSM550) only. Rebate must be redeemed by 4/15/2020. Rebate not valid with any other offer, including if Promo Code is used. Qualifying service plan must be Secure, GPS, or Small Fleet and Family, 1- or 3-year. Basic plans are not eligible for rebate. Monthly plans are not eligible for rebate. Must be first service plan purchased for newly installed device. Renewal plans or plans transferred from other devices are not eligible for rebate. Do not submit claim before a qualifying service plan has been purchased and is the current plan on the device. Check your Account page in the SmartStart app to view your current service plan. Claims submitted that do not meet the qualifying criteria will be deleted. You may file the claim again after qualifying criteria have been met. Service plans added through Directed’s employee accommodation program are not eligible for rebate.
